Boost Mobile extends double data promotion until January 5
Sprint’s prepaid brand Boost Mobile will continue to offer its promotional plans that include double high speed data allotments for the lower monthly rate for a longer period of time. Boost Mobile extends double data promotion until January 5, 2015. Originally, it was supposed to end November 3, 2014.
Boost Mobile Plans
Boost Mobile plans cost $5 less than the regular monthly rates while at the same time, they offer double high speed data allotments:
- $35 monthly plan (regular $40) includes unlimited talk, text and data with first 1 GB at high speeds (regular 500 MB)
- $45 monthly plan (regular $50) includes unlimited talk, text and data with first 5 GB at high speeds (regular 2.5 GB)
- $55 monthly plan (regular $60) includes unlimited talk, text and data with first 10 GB at high speeds (regular 5 GB)
Ones promotion ends, customer will be able to keep double data and lower monthly rates as long as they keep the account active or until they switch to another plan. Also, promotional plans are available with all phones including the newly added iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus or almost bezel-less Sharp Aquos Crystal. Boost Mobile throttles data to 128 Kbps when high speed data allotment is reached in a month and limits video streaming to 3G speeds.
