Brightspot Mobile lowers $35 talk and text plan to $30, adds a new $35 data-focused plan

    Dont ever loose your phone,brightspot tech support doesnt know what they are doing,,,i left the company two months ago and they i guess needed money,they charged my credit card ,and wont give me a refund cause i had them erase my card number. …i can go on and on with the problems i have had with the. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHTSPOT PREPAID SERVICE…. EMAIL ME IF YOU WANT TO HEAR MORE….

    Thank u so very much for your feedback here, especially since I keep reading such really bad things about Brightspot,and lowering the gigs from 4 to 3g, they definitely will NOT be getting my business.

    I wanted to like Brightspot, but their service is simply horrible. I’m on a roadtrip from washington DC to Key largo as I write this. I’ve been exclusively on I95, which is the most heavily traveled corridor on the east coast. Occasionally – very occasionally – I get 3G, but usually it’s EVDO or GPRS. That’s just stupid.
