Ultra has recognized increased need for its unlimited service plans to China since during 2014, customers used over 100 million minutes for calling China. T-Mobile MVNO Ultra Mobile has improved its $19 plan. Starting today, July 25, 2014, Ultra Mobile $19 plan gets unlimited talk, domestic and international instead of previous 1000 voice minutes. International calling includes calling landline numbers to 10 international countries, from which four includes calling mobiles as well. T-Mobile MVNO Ultra Mobile is bringing many changes to its prepaid service plans, starting tomorrow, July 1, 2014. Ultra Mobile adds LTE, support for SMS short codes, doubles data on the $29 plan, adds unlimited international calling to $29 plan and higher and increases amount of add-on data while the pricings remain the same. T-Mobile MVNO Lycamobile has also announced plan changes for tomorrow but unlike Ultra Mobile, their plan changes remain undisclosed. Read more
T-Mobile MVNO Ultra Mobile will be adding taxes and fees to all airtime purchases and plan renewals. Starting May 1, 2014, Ultra Mobile includes the Regulatory Recovery Fee in the cost that’s $0.50 on $10.00 airtime or less while for $10.01 or more, the fee is $1.00. This fee applies to airtime purchased in stores.
Just couple of days after T-Mobile’s changed its existing prepaid plans, its MVNO Ultra Mobile overhauls most of its service plans as well. In fact, only the $39 plan has remained the same. New customers will have the $19, $29 and $49 plan changed starting today, March 25, 2014. Read more
Prepaid operator Ultra Mobile announced today that it will increase number of countries that are included in its 1000 minutes of free international calling. After adding Ultra Zero in August 2013 to all Ultra Mobile monthly plans, customers could make free calls only to Canada, China, Hong Kong, Mexico, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. T-Mobile MVNO Ultra Mobile has increased high-speed data allotment on its $59 plan from 2GB to 4GB per month. Ultra Mobile 4G data allotments on the $29 and $39 plans have also been increased at the beginning of this month, so now two plans offer 100 MB and 500 MB of high-speed data, respectively. Read more

T-Mobile MVNO Ultra Mobile has announced adding a free international calling plan called the Ultra Zero to all Ultra Mobile plans. The Ultra Zero provides first 1,000 minutes for calling Canada, China, Mexico, Singapore and the UK at $0.00 per minute while after that, minute of international call is charged 1¢. The Ultra Zero for Canada, China and Singapore includes first 1,000 minutes of calling both landline and mobile numbers while for the UK and Mexico, only landlines are included. Read more
