Cricket Rewards Program That Earns Customers Redeemable Points Available Now
AT&T owned Cricket Wireless announced today Cricket Rewards program that will reward its customers for being active and loyal. Through this program, customers can earn points by doing things they do normally by just being Cricket users; opening and registering accounts, enrolling in auto pay, paying for the service on-time, checking the weather and other.
Cricket Rewards Program is powered by a SessionM’s Mobile Marketing Cloud and mPLUS Rewards platform. The new customer loyalty program can be accessed through the Cricket Rewards and MyCricket apps or Cricket’s website.
Those who sign up can earn even more point by being involved “in an integrated points-sharing universe” created of more than 1,500 mPlus Rewards powered applications. They can be earned by participating in different activities through social media, events, and sponsorship activities. Also, there is a specially launched $25,000 “Selfie Sweepstakes” this holiday season that customers can enter to win a prize but also to earn some extra points too.
Earned points customers can donate to charities, enter sweepstakes or they can redeem them for gift cards at AMC Movie theaters, Amazon, GameStop, Old Navy, Sears & Target and other participating retailers. Also, a number of points that can be earned is not limited. They also do not expire as long as customers stay active in the Cricket Rewards program.
“Cricket Rewards is unlike any other loyalty program in the no-contract industry. We listened to our customers and delivered a program that is quick, easy, and fun – with lots of options for rewards. While other carriers charge you to belong to their rewards program or take loads of your time just to sign up or redeem, we don’t. We reward customers for simply doing what comes naturally. We reward you for being you.” – said Janna Ducich, vice president & CMO, Cricket Wireless.
