Since the launch of FreedomPop Phone VoIP mobile service in October 2013, only three smartphones have been added to FreedomPop prepaid phone lineup. The phones are the HTC EVO 4G, HTC EVO Design and for the last three days, the Samsung Galaxy S II (Samsung Epic 4G Touch). Customers who already had these phones were able to activate them with FreedomPop Bring Your Own Device program. Now, the company has added support for five more phones that customers can pair with FreedomPop free service plan. The free mobile service plan comes with 200 voice minutes, 500 texts and 500 MB of data per month. LTE data for now are not available with FreedomPop Phone service, only through hotspot, but 3G and 4G WiMAX are.
