GoPhone LG Phoenix 3 Launches on March 10
AT&T has announced the LG Phoenix 3, new affordable smartphone for its prepaid division. The successor of previous Phoenix versions is an entry-level Android that will launch on March 10, 2017. GoPhone LG Phoenix 3 will be available for $79.99 at AT&T’s website, its stores or authorized retailers.
GoPhone LG Phoenix 3 Specs
Besides Android Marshmallow operating system, the Phoenix 3 features a 5-inch FWVGA (854×480) display, a quad core processor and 16 GB of internal storage. It has a 5-megapixel rear camera that takes pictures by tapping on the display. The front-facing camera, which is also a 5-megapixel, features a selfie light that helps taking better quality selfies. A 2500mAh battery powers the LG Phoenix 3, which uses 4G LTE for connectivity.
GoPhone Service Plans
Ones it launches, the LG Phoenix 3 will work with GoPhone’s prepaid monthly plans:
- The $30 plan ($25 with autopay) – unlimited talk, text and unlimited messaging to Mexico, Canada and over 100 countries; data can be added for $5 per 250MB.
- The $45 plan ($40 with autopay) – unlimited talk, text and data with 4GB at high speed in addition to unlimited messaging to Mexico, Canada and over 100 countries
- The $60 plan ($55 with autopay) – unlimited talk, text and data with 8GB at high speed, unlimited talk and text from the U.S. to Mexico and Canada and talk, text and data usage in Mexico and Canada
All plans include Stream Saver that saves data by streaming videos at DVD quality at around 480p. Also, unused data on the $45 and $60 plans rollover to the next 30 days. To these two plans, customers can add more high speed data, too: $10/1 GB or $20/3 GB data to the $60 plan, and $10/1 GB data to the $45 plan.
