Memory -wise, it has 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage and microSD card slot for additional memory expansion of up to 64 GB. It also has a 5-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front-facing one, dual front stereo speakers as well as anti-fingerprint coating. The ASUS MeMO Pad 7 LTE has a 10.5-hour battery life.
GoPhone customers can pair their ASUS MeMO Pad 7 LTE tablet with:
- 2 GB of data for $25 per month (add 500 MB for $10),
- 5 GB of data for $50 per month (add 1 GB for $10) or
- 8 GB of data for $75 per month (add 2 GB for $10).
Data that stay unused do not roll over. Also, when customers add a new data package, those would be data that are used first. Therefore it’s important to use up all existing data before adding new data package.

Also, with a post-paid option for as little as 99 cents and a brand new GoPhone option, you’ve got plenty of choices for a payment plan that works for you.” – said Jeff Bradley, AT&T Mobility’s senior vice president, Device Marketing and Developer Services.
GoPhone is also offering the ASUS PadFone X mini, a smartphone -tablet combo that turns a 4.5-inch LTE smartphone into a 7-inch LTE tablet, for $199.99.
