MetroPCS Launches Mobile Hotspot Data Plan With 10GB LTE for $35 a Month
T-Mobile owned MetroPCS has included a new mobile hotspot data plan with its prepaid plan offerings. MetroPCS launches mobile hotspot data plan that offers 10GB of LTE data for $35 per month. The plan can be connected with carrier’s mobile hotspot device Alcatel LINKZONE. The LINKZONE can be purchased currently for $49.00, while its regular cost is $79.00.
A 10GB of hotspot data can be used to watch 10 hours of standard videos (SD), or 3 hours of high definition videos (HD) or to listen to around 2000 songs or to play games for up to 7 hours. If that’s not enough, customers can add more LTE data to their mobile hotspot data plan: 2GB for $5, 4GB for $10 or 6GB for $15 per month.
MetroPCS Alcatel LINKZONE Specs
The LINKZONE is Android hotspot device with a 4G LTE connectivity, single-core 1.2GHz processor, 256MB ROM, 128MB RAM memory and a Bluetooth 5.0. It has a long-lasting 1800mAh battery with up to 6 hours of continuous usage or up to 12 and a half days of standby time. This device can connect up to 15 devices, all at once, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and more.
Users can download Alcatel LINK APP from their phone’s app store to setup and monitor connections or they can do it through web interface.
Alcatel LINKZONE is portable, lightweight and fits in a pocket so it’s easy to take it anywhere and have access to high speed data.
MetroPCS allows its smartphone users to use their plans’ data for hotspot. However, this standalone mobile hotspot plan helps staying connected and giving smartphone a break from constant hotspot use. In order to get 10GB of hotspot LTE data for $35 per month, customers need to visit MetroPCS store.
