MetroPCS LG Stylo 3 Plus Launching In June, T-Mobile’s Available Now
T-Mobile today improved its smartphone lineup with the LG Stylo 3 Plus phablet. The carrier is selling the phone for $225 or for $9 down and $9 per month for 24 months. Customers on JUMP! On Demand can pay $0 down and $10 per month. MetroPCS LG Stylo 3 Plus, however, will be arriving in June at stores.
LG Stylo 3 Plus Specs
LG Stylo 3 Plus is a slightly improved version over the last year’s LG Stylo 2 Plus on MetroPCS. The new phone comes with a 5.7-inch full HD (1920×1080) display as oppose to last year’s HD display. It also comes with Android 7 Nougat OS out of the box while last year’s model receives an Android 7 update, on both MetroPCS and T-Mobile.
LG Stylo 3 Plus also features 1.4 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage (Stylo 2 Plus 16GB). Memory expansion is available at up to 2TB via microSD card. The phone has a 13-megapixel main camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing one, fingerprint reader and stylus pen improved with new features introduced with Pen Pop 2.0.
For connectivity, it offers 4G LTE with VoLTE capability, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, NFC for paying and more. A 3080mAh battery powers the LG Stylo 3 Plus and provides up to 14 hours of talk time and up to 19 days of standby time.
Ones it launches, the MetroPCS LG Stylo 3 Plus will be compatible with prepaid monthly plans that start at $30 per month:
- $30 plan – unlimited talk, text and data with 2GB at 4G LTE
- $40 plan – unlimited talk, text and data with 3GB at 4G LTE
- $50 plan – unlimited talk, text and 4G LTE data with optimized video streaming at up to 480p
- $60 plan – unlimited talk, text and 4G LTE un-throttled data with HD video streaming and hotspot (8GB)
Optional optimized video streaming, Data Maximizer, is available on all plans while free unlimited music streaming is on $40 plan and higher priced plans. Data on the $30, $40 and 60 plans can be used for hotspot.
