New prepaid operator 35orLess offers monthly plan for $35 or less

For new users, for a first month of service, price is $35. After that, for each following month, monthly cost will be reduced depending on number of newly signed users. At the moment, according to counter on 35orLess web site, for existing users monthly price is around $34.5.
Live Plan includes unlimited talk, text and picture messaging and unlimited data (after 500MB of high speed data, speed is throttled to 2G).
