DO NOT USE PUPPY WIRELESS. I have never written a negative review in my life! You can only email them and who knows when you will hear back from them. The Autopay comes out 5 days before the plan expires. I have emails from them, being unprofessional to me when they were wrong! They charged me twice for the same number. The tech, Ruben, was helpful and corrected the problem. Then the email signed Kitty, was very rude. I will be switching to Verizon prepaid wireless plan. I’d rather pay $5 more than deal with Kitty or Puppy wireless. Loosing my $80 a month won’t break them. But maybe they will change their customer poor service with bad reviews.
