Page Plus Power Text Unlimited lowered to $15 per month as of May 23

Verizon’s MVNO Page Plus will have its Power Text Unlimited lowered from $19.95 to $15.00 per month as of May 23rd, according to its premier online dealer Kitty Wireless. This add-on texting option can be added only to Standard minutes plan if talking is not all that customer needs.

This add-on text option includes only SMS and not MMS. For sending or receiving picture, video or audio messages, Page Plus customers get charged at the standard plan rates for MMS and Data Transport. Sending or receiving MMS will cost users $0.25 plus $0.99 per MB.

Ones you buy a Power Text PIN needed for adding Power Text Unlimited to your voice plan, you will have to be careful about keeping the balance on your account sufficient in case you use it for additional services as international calling, since Power Text renews automatically.

This is quite welcome change for Page Plus customers as well as for the MVNO itself as it hopes to achieve many Power Text 2000 users that have access to 2,000 text messages for $10.95 per month to switch to Unlimited option.
