Republic Wireless that operates on Sprint network and WiFi since launch in November 2011 has announced major improvements in their offerings. First, the carrier will expand the prepaid phone lineup with the seven new smartphones. New Republic Wireless phones will include lower priced options as well as the latest models as Samsung flagships. Second, they will provide a financing program that will make purchasing smartphones easier for customers. While Boost Mobile adds HTC Desire 626s, Virgin Mobile makes already available phones, HTC Desire 626s, Moto G third generation and Huawei Union available at Walmart with Data Done Right plans. Sprint’s prepaid brand Virgin Mobile has announced a new Data Free Music feature that provides unlimited music streaming for free. Virgin Mobile Data Free Music will be added to the $35, $45, and $55 unlimited plans starting Friday, October 9, 2015. TracFone subsidiary Straight Talk Wireless has added another entry level Android smartphone to its prepaid lineup, Huawei Magna. Straight Talk Huawei Magna H871G is a GSM, 4G capable cell phone that operates on AT&T network. It’s available at Straight Talk web site for $49.99 and at Walmart for $99.88. Read more

Straight Talk has continued the trend of adding new smartphones to it prepaid lineup set last month, with the release of a new smartphone, Huawei Raven LTE. The price set for Straight Talk Huawei Raven LTE is $179.99. Currently, it’s available only at select Walmart stores while online is listed as out of stock.
