This new bill would require an ID from anyone who purchases prepaid mobile phones or SIM cards. T-Mobile adds Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime and HTC Desire 626s to its prepaid lineup, SIMs on sale for 99¢T-Mobile has recently added two new smartphones to its prepaid lineup, Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime and HTC Desire 626s. Both Android 5.1 Lollipop handsets with a 5-inch HD displays cost over $200. The Grand Prime with SIM kit is available for $204.99 (regular price $224.99) after discount while 626s can be purchased with SIM kit for $224.99 (regular price $209.99). In addition to a $15 SIM Starter Kit, the costs of both phones include a $40 refill card that customers can use for a monthly plan or for Pay As You Go. Read more
