U.S. Cellular Moto G LTE (3rd Gen) available for $129
Regional carrier U.S. Cellular has recently added the latest version of the Motorola Moto G to its prepaid phone lineup. Comparing to the previous versions, the Moto G 2015 has been improved with the support for Moto Maker and with being waterproof. U.S. Cellular Moto G LTE (3rd Gen) with 1GB/8GB storage can be purchased online for $129 in black color only. Those who prefer signing a contract can get it for $0 or with an installment plan for 8.99 per month.
Besides being able to stay one meter under water for up to half an hour without being damaged, Moto Maker support and 1GB/8GB storage, the Moto G (3rd Gen) comes with the latest version of Android OS, Lollipop 5.1.1 and a 5.0-inch qHD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone has a 1.4 GHz quad-core processor, microSD card slot for up to 128GB of external storage, 13-megapixel main camera with 1080p HD video capture and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The new Moto G also includes Bluetooth 4.0 LE, WiFi, mobile hotspot and 4G LTE for connectivity and a 2470mAh battery that can last up to 24 hours.
The latest Motorola Moto G can be customized in Moto Maker. Moto Maker allows changing the color of phone’s front, back, accent or engraving something on the phone. Customers can also opt for a range of colors of Motorola’s shells that were available with previous versions of Moto G as well.
The Moto G LTE (3rd Gen) can be paired with prepaid U.S. Cellular Simple Connect smartphone plans that start at $45 per month. The $45, $55 and $65 plans all include unlimited talk, text and data with first 1 GB, 2 GB and 4 GB of data at high (4G LTE) speeds. When high speed data allotment is reached in a month, the carrier throttles data speeds until the next billing cycle.
