US Cellular Reduces Cost of $70 Unlimited Data Plan to $55, Changes Other Plans Too
The largest regional operator US Cellular has changed its prepaid plan offerings ones again. On both prepaid Simple Connect and Ready Connect plans, US Cellular reduces cost of $70 unlimited data plan to $55 per month. The $45 plan that used to offer 6GB of data now costs $40 and includes 3GB of data.
The $35/1GB data plan remains unchanged although it’s not listed online for the Simple Connect Prepaid plan lineup but it’s national retailer exclusive.
The $25 talk and text plan for basic phones now also costs more. Unlimited talk and text is now available for $30 per month.
U.S. Cellular Simple Connect and Ready Connect Plans
After the latest changes on both Simple Connect and Ready Connect prepaid plans, US Cellular prepaid offerings now look like this:
- $30 feature phone plan – unlimited talk, text and 3¢/MB of data (was $25)
- $35 smartphone plan – unlimited talk, text and data with 1 GB at high speed (unchanged, not listed online for Simple Connect Prepaid plans)
